We have owned this for 2.5 years and it has been a great piece of equipment. We have put about 10,000 Glorious miles on it since we bought it. We have traveled all over the Eastern United States and it has proved to be a reliable home. When I bought this I knew that being a 2001 even though it had low mileage it would need repairs and maintenance. I started off Servicing the Transmission, replacing all the hoses and belts and Thermostat and Flushed the cooling system. Replacing 7 tires (including the spare) and all tires have current dates of manufacture within the last 2 years. I replaced the Brake Master Cylinder and the front brake assy’s. Replaced the Hydraulic Pump assy for the Leveler System. Replaced the 15,000 BTU Air conditioner in the Living Room and the 13,500 Btu unit and Thermostat in the Bedroom. Recovered the cloth cushions on the dinette with vinyl, I have replaced both Televisions for ROKU TV’s and installed an Electric Rotary Antenna. I have sealed the roof and it is in excellent shape. I have installed a Septic Hose enclosure on the back of the Motorhome. The Coach includes a Built In Washer/Drier Combination (we have never used). We replaced the heating element in the Water Heater and the 12 volt water pump. I have replaced both 12 Volt Radios (AM/FM/CD Player in the dashboard and Bedroom). We have had the Dinette cushions Recovered and replaced the Side by Side Recliners in the Living Room. We’ve replaced most of the lighting with LED light assy’s. We’ve replaced the Patio Area Awning Fabric and the ratcheting device in the Awning Drum. We insulated the Motor box for heat and noise. For the Onan Generator we Replaced the drive belt assembly and both ignition coils, Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires and Fuel Pump and Fuel, Air, and Oil Filter and Oil for the Generator We have replaced the Back-up Camera and Monitor. We Recenly replaced the toilet. We have installed a Garmin 770 RV GPS. We have replaced the Engine Battery and the Coach Battery. The Woodwork and cabinetry throughout this Coach is Real Wood not press board. We replaced the O2 and Smoke Detector. We have adapters and Cables for 50 Amp, 30 Amp, and 110 Volt. We have 4 Wooden Leveler Pads for the Jacks. We intended to do Western United States this coming year but I am 69 years old with Diabetes with complications and can no longer use this so my loss may be your gain. V-10 Ford Workhorse Powered.
