Whether you are looking for the freedom of full time RV living, to escape record high rent, or just to comfortably explore the great outdoors with your family, this RV has what you need!

Below are the trailer specs and a list of the improvements we made to make it a comfortable home away from home for any family with kids.

1) Toy Hauler
Changed the definition of a “toy hauler.†Instead of hauling ATVs we converted the garage into a comfortable family room. We laid an insulated subfloor with carpet on top for a cozy place for kids to crawl around and play.
The couches/fold down bed on the happijac life were removed and replaced with a platform with toy shelves to keep the toys out of the way and provide additional floor space/play area. This platform could easy be used as another queen size sleeping area.
Installed bookshelves along the wall to save floor space and store books, toys, etc.
Washer and dryer built into a stackable shelf so that they could be larger capacity than most stackable RV units. Also installed a fold down laundry rack.
2) Kitchen/Dining Area
With the family room in the back we made this room a more functional place to eat, study, etc.
Removed the small bench table that only fit two people and replaced it with cupboards on the ground and a set of cupboards on the wall to provide more storage space than what the small pantry offers.
Removed the couch in the slide out to have a larger eating area for a family to set more comfortably. We do still have the heated vibrating couch if wanted.
3) Den
Installed a foldout wall desk for those remote workers who still need to work while out exploring. Any laptop or even large desktop fit with plenty of space for an office chair.
While we still have the foldout couch that it came with, we built a couch that has additional shelves for storage space below. This couch/bookcase can pull out into a slatted surface and the couch cushions unfold into a queen mattress.
Wall mounted upper bookshelves for additional storage
4) Loft above Den
Instead of sleeping multiple kids up there in one big area we have divided this area into two or three sleeping areas so each kid can have their own space to feel more like home and keep little mementos from their adventures.
5) Master Bedroom
Exploring with little kids can be hard when they don’t have their own quiet space to nap. We took out the master bed (although we still have it and can be easily replaced) and built an area to put a crib, nursing chair, etc. so the little ones are far away from the noise in the back. Whether we were at a truck stop or parked in the mountains, our little one always felt at home as soon as we walked into his own room.
6) Water Filter System
Dual filter water system so you never have to worry about what you’re drinking no matter where you are.
7) Upgraded tires
No need to worry about the cheap factory tires that come with new units blowing out while you’re driving down the road. We’ve upgraded all six tires to a better ply and construction.
