Good looking inside and out, roomy, comfortable, stationary queen bed with full/deep mattress, large U shaped dinette with single/adjustable pedestal. Over the cabin Full size bed. She sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has an incredible amount of storage space throughout. Ford E450 chasis, powerful/dependable V10 engine, 5 speed auto trans w/tow mode that provides automatic downshifts as needed when you apply the brakes on downhills (I love it). Brakes and steering work great and we out new....

Brakes and steering work great and we out new tires on her in July 2022. There are no blemishes, wear, fading etc. It's perfect. No accidents, no water leaks, no damage! There is ample storage inside and out. The coach and engine batteries are brand new and there is a shut-off switch to prevent battery drain when parked w/o shore power. The RV has been kept in IMMACULATE CONDITION. She has been kept with a tarp over the top during winter months and has been serviced regularly. Everything is working! Unfortunately, my wife had some health complications in Dec 2022 and we are selling due to the expense of medical bills.
